PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. For your protection, we do not accept cash through the mail. Credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address listed with the bank that issued the credit card.


SHIPPING
All items will be shipped via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. UPS requires a physical street address; they will not deliver to a P.O. Box. All freight charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that all freight charges quoted are for UPS Ground Service on the price list. We will be happy to quote you charges for other shipping methods. All Items shipped on Friday Next Day Air will be delivered on the following Monday.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Your purchase of chemical products will be backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you do not love the product after 30 days, we will refund the amount paid back to the original payment method, excluding the original cost of shipping. Products must be in NEW & UNUSED condition. Customers limited to one refund per product. Used consumables, such as , but not limited to, microfiber towels and other tools do not apply.


RETURNS
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. BUCKETHEDZ will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Products authorized to be returned on a non-exchange basis are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. 


DAMAGE CLAIMS
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify UPS, or the otherwise specified delivery company, so that all the necessary steps be taken to insure prompt replacement of any damaged goods. Notify BUCKETHEDZ’s Customer Service Department for instructions on returning damaged goods. BUCKETHEDZ is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after three (3) days of receipt of delivery. 

SHORTAGES
Always check the contents of your delivery to ensure that all the products ordered are received. If you are missing any items please check to see if they have been backordered on the invoice before calling the Customer Service Department. If a shortage has occurred, please contact our Customer Service Department within three (3) days of delivery to insure a prompt replacement. BUCKETHEDZ assumes no liability after this point. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders must be prepaid before shipment can be sent. Due to the constant fluctuation of currency rates and depending on the items being ordered, your freight fees will vary. It is important that you contact BUCKETHEDZ for shipping quotes. Customer assumes all responsibility for customs and duty fees.

ALASKA & HAWAII 
All orders shipped 2nd Day Air. All orders must be prepaid with credit card, via phone or website. No C.O.D. orders will be accepted. UPS and USPS rates depend on the items being ordered. Contact BUCKETHEDZ for shipping quotes. 

SALES TAX
All orders outside Florida are exempt from sales tax. Florida residents are required to add the appropriate sales tax to all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. The current rate is 6.00% plus any additional local County rates.
